Tally builds forms the way you write a document: type, use slash commands, done. The free plan is unusually generous, with unlimited forms and responses.

Revenue comes from Tally Pro, which adds custom domains, branding removal, team features and advanced logic. The company is small, bootstrapped and based in Belgium.
